Who we are

This website is operated by The House of Fifi Dubois ("Fifi’s", "we", "us"), 123 S. Chadbourne St, San Angelo, TX 76903. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected] or (325) 658-3434.

What we collect

You can browse this website without telling us who you are. We collect personal information only when you choose to send it, for example through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic, an event date and guest count (optional) and your message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web host and our network provider (Cloudflare) automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time. This is used to keep the site running, secure and protected from abuse. We do not use advertising trackers or sell this information.

Cookies

The public pages of this website do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our network provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie. The staff-only Show Manager uses a session cookie to keep staff signed in.

Embedded content

Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map, and some pages link to our Facebook page. When you load the map or follow those links, Google or Facebook may collect information under their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

We use contact form messages only to answer your question, plan your event or Airstream rental, or discuss band booking. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to mailing lists without your permission.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are delivered to our email inbox and kept only as long as needed to respond and for normal business records. The website itself keeps a short-lived, anonymized counter to limit spam submissions.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through the form.

Children

Fifi’s is a bar and live music venue intended for adults. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing [email protected].
